    This is not a smoke free hotel you can smell cigarettes in the stair well and in hallways . This hotel was very dirty and smelled horrible . The toilet made sounds at night and the bathtub was disgusting and dirty with dirt and possibly Rust in it . There was eaten fruit on the ground and none of the clearness picked them up , it was definitely not worth 180$ a night

    DON'T book through "800"# - CALL hotel direct @ 1-905-436-9500 -- I needed a room to visit my ailing father in Toronto gave them the visit date not the stay night and the UTAH-based Reservation Desk wouldn't cancel it nor guarantee me any credit (contrary to what the website says) (website also says reserve & pay at property..not at all, had to give credit # AND my mailing address..?..) and the agent was neither friendly or helpful to my dilemma..so I ended up booking twice-a costly mistake on a fixed income. As for the hotel it's gotta be over 20 yrs, outside lot & walkways not maintained, hall carpet is disgusting, couch was well worn, room carpet well I kept my sandals on, 1 small bottle shampoo/1 small bodywash (thank God I packed my own soap/shampoo), had a room on East side [odd #s] so if you want to get up with the sunrise..the curtains are on a 12" track & don't close! Found most of the hotel patrons were construction/trade workers put up by their companies. Pool is out of commission, complimentary breakfast isn't to brag about we just grabbed coffee and got out of there. I wouldn't stay again & I suggest families look elsewhere.

    Very dated they need to spend money on updating the whole hotel . Need to fix the pool it has been broken for over 5 years and they keep lieing closed for maintenance . Would be nice to have a nice breakfast trick the holiday inns or comfort inn breakfast. Breakfast cold eggs undercooked very minimal breakfast selection

    This hotel is not adequate to serve guests. There was water leaking in the rooms. They ran out of towels and bedding for beds. The key cards rarely worked. There was stains all over the bedding. Do not book this hotel! Health and safety should be called about this hotel.

    I do not advise booking through booking.com. I was left unable to check-in for over 1 hour because there was a discrepancy in cost between travelodge and booking.com over 50 cents. Both parties argued with each other, with me and were unwilling to budge to find a solution to allow myself and my pregnant, exhausted, sick guest to check-in or for me to even just cover the 50 cent discrepancy separately.
