    Excellent hotel - loved the King bed & fireplace

    The hotel, staff, room & fireplace, etc were excellent!Just a couple of comments to the Manager. The friendly check in agent didn't tell us that our room was not located in succussion and there were no directional signs. I was on 3rd floor. I went down the hall 3 times... 301, 302, 305, 306. I was very tired & so frustrated. When I went to the elevator to go back to the desk I put my bag down and out of the corner of my eye I saw my room tucked in the corner beside. I get downstairs to meet my brother in the lobby with my sad tale and he had the exact same story! His room was also sneakily in the corner out of order on the 2nd floor. He said he also walked down the hall 3 times and he even went all the way thinking it might be at the end of the hall. It's not safe for anyone to walk the halls alone. I wanted to sleep in after several days of long travel. At 7 am the cleaner was outside with her cart banging and vacuuming the hall and gym & woke me up. I was so ticked. I get that she wanted to get her work done early but later I watched her standing and talking at the front desk. She could have vacuumed later. Aside from these 2 annoyances I highly recommend the hotel. Kudos to all the staff & management.

    Special room for our anniversary!

    We rented a jacuzzi suite for our anniversary. Choosing this hotel was based mostly on price. It was a lot more reasonably priced than any of the other hotels in town with jacuzzi suites. We loved it! The room was large, with the jacuzzi, walk in shower and a kitchen area. They had a full size fridge in the room, as well as a full size stove/oven. We both remarked on how clean it was, inside and outside the hotel. The breakfast was a normal one that you get in pretty much any hotel, with waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. While our room was non smoking, apparently they have smoking rooms available for those of you who smoke. We would definitely choose this hotel if we were driving through, and who knows? Maybe we'll go back for next year's anniversary!     Terrible housekeeping / poor breakfast

    Our stay was an environmental catastrophe. The floor in our room was not cleaned; previous guests must have spilled beer on it, and housekeeping did not clean it up. It was smelly and sticky. We were promised that the floor would be cleaned while we were out, but it never happened. There was someone’s black hair in the bed set provided for the sofa in the living room. The two-room suite was very small, making it difficult for three people to move around. Breakfast was very limited: a few sweet yogurts, waffles, apples, cereals, and sausages. If you're on a low-carb diet, there is a serious problem. We waited for the eggs for 10 minutes. We’re not coming back.

    We stayed here in this very clean hotel, nice and friendly staff. Even though, it was last minute booking , the customer services was great and highly appreciated! The breakfast was good also . I am looking forward to stay here someday and highly recommended to the other people to try this hotel.

    The bed was comfortable, great selection of pillows. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Very quiet! There was a good selection at breakfast. The staff were all absolutely fantastic, very helpful and pleasant to deal with! I would definitely stay here again.
