    Stayed for a hockey tournament. This a a great hotel location wise. Near the casino and lots of food options.The rooms are very clean and modern.Ate breakfast at the restaurant each morning and was very satisfied.Renee made this stay extra special. Her customer service is exceptional. She helped the parents of my team when any issues arose. Not only during our stay but before as well! Thanks Renee for going above and beyond!

    The location of the hotel and the actual room were great. The view at night of Detroit was outstanding. But that's where it ends. By 3:00pm I had to twice badger the front desk to get someone to clean my room. The bathroom is unventilated (not heated), mold in the shower, and dust/dirty hand prints on the interior doors. Many fixtures are installed croaked and upside down. The Pita I ordered at the restaurant was burnt. I'm not sure why the kitchen would let that be served. This hotel has potential but very bad management is going to sink this place. In fact you can see it's already deteriorating by bad hiring practices.

    Stayed for one night for my daughters softball tournament. Her team stayed at the comfort in but after one night there with a broken tv and no amenities my daughter wanted to leave. We booked a king room with sofa and breakfast. Upon arrival, check in was fast and easy. The ladies at the front desk were kind, helpful and they delighted us with a free cookie at check in. (Best cookie we ever had!). It really put our stay off to a great start especially since we were tired, hot and hungry after a full day of softball. We used the parking garage and there is a walkway straight to the hotel which would be really nice in bad weather. Our room was small but beautiful. Very clean and the view was spectacular. We were on the top floor 1822. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. I was so happy they had shampoo, conditioner (not a two-in-one), and body wash and body lotion. They had a note in the washroom if you’ve forgotten any personal hygiene items they will provide it complimentary. I’ve never seen that before and thought it was a nice touch. We did eat at the restaurant on site and it was delicious. We did not have any drinks at the bar as we brought our own. We intended to use the pool but after dinner we were just too spent. Breakfast was okay. Nothing out of the ordinary. Checkout was easy and parking was about $23 CAD. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely book there again if we return to Windsor.

    Worse sense of arrival. Park your card.. can’t find reservation… picketing in front and behind hotel… park in rear but they don’t give you a ticket but they charge you for it. Restaurant is BAD. Can’t get penne Bolognese to have a hint of flavour. Don’t stay here.

    Newly renovated and immaculate. We had a river view room and it was beautiful. Also has breakfast in the restaurant twice and was very impressed. I have stayed at Caesars previously, but this is a far better hotel and better deal. And its a short walk to the casino and many great restaurants. Right on the river with great walking trails.
