  Great location free parking budget friendly Hotel with basic service.   It was a nice stay however the bathroom had no heat and we froze using it in the middle of the night.   Great stay!!

  The room was clean, the staff were amazing and made myself and my family feel welcome. The only 3 things that could be improved are smart television, washer and dryer should guests need to do laundry and the option to pay extra for a full breakfast besides that I would definitely stay there again!!   Good rooms, poor service

  I’ll start with what was good:1. Our room was clean, with bedding and towels in good condition, and even new faucets in the bathtub – very rare for this type of hotel.2. The window could be opened, which is priceless for people who don’t like to depend on the general ventilation system or A/C.3. The fridge was quite large, which is also uncommon.4. At first, we found the pillows ridiculously small, but to our surprise they were very comfortable along with the mattress, so at least we had a great sleep.Now what wasn’t:1. We stayed two nights and no one even attempted to make up our room during the entire stay – housekeeping just ignored us.2. Breakfast items ran out very quickly. When the last guest arrived, there was literally nothing left except a little cereal and three bread slices. When she asked a staff member to refill at least the pancake mix, the staff member checked the fridge, returned empty-handed, and simply walked past her without even saying sorry – just left the room and that was it.That was very unprofessional, and for 195 CAD per night, such poor service and staff behavior is totally unacceptable.Overall impression – 3 out of 5.   Do not stay here!

  Do not stay here. We were given a double instead if a queen. This is not acceptable to us. When I asked for an adjustment I was met with the rudest, most likely underage customer service person who did absolutely nothing. She was completely useless. The breakfast is disgusting. They lack all amenities. I wont be back to stay another awful night in a double bed. I would have went to gramma’s house if I wanted to sleep like a child.
