The cleaning staff entered our room withoutconsent....BEFORE CHECKOUT!They violated our privacy due to staff negligenceand offered a simple "sorry" for walking in to ourroom while my partner was undressed#UNACCEPTABLETrip typeBusinessHUGE SAFETY CONCERNS!Do NOT stay here. Staff will enter your room and the OWNER will do nothing about it. Video evidence of staff carelessness and disregard of privacy will be uploaded soon.

Room was disgusting (dirty) and service was awful. 4 people in the room, were not given 4 towels and when requested 4 we were told they were too busy to give us 4. When we asked them to clean the wall and light fixture, we were told it was only coke. Water pressure was not existent, but water temperature was scalding (even on cold)

A recognizable name didn't result in a 4 or 5 star stay . I needed a room near the airport. The room was clean but smelled like stale cigar smoke . The bathroom floor tiles were broken but the room was clean .The bed was just ok and clean . Alarm clock didn't work . TV was good. Mini fridge was frozen up . Overall , if you NEEDED a room for the night, this would do .It's an inexpensive 3 star motel ! Clean and affordable

This was a totally unexpected overnight stay for us and we had nothing with us. No bags, no extra clothes or pj's, no toothbrush, nothing. We found this place and it was so affordable. The room was updated and clean and the breakfast was perfectly fine. The rates are really good here so don't stay here and expect a super fancy breakfast with eggs and bacon etc. It was perfect for the price and should something like this ever happen again to me I would most definitely stay here. The staff were friendly too

The room had a terrible musty smell and we had to spray air freshener on the entire carpet. The clock radio did not work. Linens were actually clean and fresh but that was the only good thing!
