    Disappointed in service to reserve a room. Kept putting my call on hold, different staff answering each time to book, they asked for my credit card info to book a room but put me on hold and had to call back from waiting 17 minutes only to be told the room is booked. Giving away a room when someone is trying to pay by credit card over the phone for that room is very unprofessional.

    A great stay for 1 night. Affordable prices. Only thing I found was that the floors were very cold. Staff were great and helpful.

    Ho Jo has great staff ,awesome breakfast,they just need to paint the parking Lot so people don’t park wherever and block You in or way to close so you can’t get the kids out of the car seats

    Once again we had a great experience staying at Howard Johnson Winnipeg West! Great staff all around from check in to the VLT lounge staff and Manager Brandon went above and beyond to help us! We highly recommend staying here. Great environment, lots of TVs to watch sports of your choice and cold drinks! We will be back.
