    For our two year olds first trip by plane, we wanted a convenient hotel to bring him to and from his flights - hence, The Grand! The room was immaculately cleaned and thoughtfully designed. We were pleased to see a large mini fridge and shelving for drinks and snacks. The TV has built in Chromecast which was really easy to operate and connect our streaming services to. The bed was quite comfortable and we all slept well. An interesting feature was blinds in a track, eliminating any light from coming into the room from the airport. Despite our room being right across the hallway from the elevator, we didn’t hear it or any noise from adjacent rooms. The best part of all - the room overlooked the tarmac! Our toddler had a great time watching planes land and take off. The only “cons” that I will mention, that were not at all cons to us: (1) the room is right above the tarmac and the planes are very loud as they taxi by throughout the night. (2) The parking situation was confusing and poorly signed, and you had to walk 5-10 minutes through another hotel, long hallway, and back rooms to get to it.     Overnighting at the Grand Hotel before a morning flight removes any stress from arriving at the airport on time the next day. Enjoying a meal in the Blue Marble makes us feel like we are already on vacation.     Ridiculously expensive for the convenience
