    The whole stay was on point!

    My entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The shuttle staff was very friendly. The check-in process was smooth and fast, the room was very clean, and the food at Chicago Joe’s was absolutely amazing. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming.A special thank you to Sally at the front desk for being so professional, kind, and helpful during my checkout. I was running late for my flight, and she quickly assisted me with the belongings I had accidentally left in my room. Her help truly made a stressful moment much easier.I’m very happy with my stay and definitely looking forward to coming back again!

    Spacious and comfortable, albeit expensive

    I stayed here for one night while transiting from Winnipeg to Toronto. I managed to get a deal for the only room available (some form of suite) and it was definitely the more luxurious room I've ever stayed in. The mattress was divine, there were plenty of amenities for both the bathroom and tea/coffee, plus access to vending machines downstairs. Location was amazing as it is right next to the airport and there is an on-demand shuttle service that leaves from the front reception. Would definitely stay here again, though probably in a cheaper room.     Short notice booking

    Accomodating, we booked on short notice with no issues. We were also able to extend our check out to 12pm. Nice big hotel with LOTS of parking. Restaurant and convention centre located in the hotel as well. The pool was fun for the kids. They swam about 3 times. Clean accessible public washrooms. Friendly staff. The room was facing the pool on the 2nd floor so when we walked in it smelled strongly like chlorine. However, the smell faded when we were going in and out so it wasnt necessary to switch rooms at all. Although there was some construction going on, the hotel was still clean and comfortable... thank you very much to all the staff, especially housekeeping.     We've stayed here twice this year. Both times the rooms were nice & clean. The pool is great for kids of all ages with a small slide for the younger kids and a big slide for the older kids. Downside are the bathroom doors. They slide open and shut and both times had issues with the lock. And the room heater was making a lot noises throughout the night. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this as a great place to bring your family.     Great! Good shower pressure, staff, room. Quick shuttle from and to the airport.

    Location was great, super close to the airport. Shuttle took some minutes to answer my call, but was really quick. All the staff were super nice. Shower was amazing, really good pressure, very hot, room in general really good. Viktoria at the front desk received me really well. More fairly priced than competitors around the area, but I do wish it was a bit cheaper.
