Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Pricing was competitive enough for the area. No free breakfast. Nice hotel. Free parking. Staff very friendly and courteous. Can hear springs creaking on beds every time you move but otherwise beds pretty comfortable. Food in Gale's restaurant delicious. Bathroom clean. Lots of towels refreshed daily. We made our reservations directly through the hotel front desk. Natasha arranged everything to perfection. The hotel is dated but we enjoyed our visit, mainly because of the staff, and would happily return. Great location, clean and comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff and convenient free parking. Town is lovely and the hotel was very well maintained. Very happy with our stay. Dated but Good Location

They might be the only full-service property in Yarmouth. Hotel is dated and being updated slowly. Room was clean, A/C worked great, Bed was comfy, View was great. For location, this is the best choice being on the end of Main Street, and a 5 min walk anywhere downtown. I didn't use them this trip, but they have a nice indoor pool and gym facility. Never been to their restaurant Gales. I have been to the pub Haley's, (attached through lobby) and its best attribute is the Red Ale on tap. Everything was great except the price. Booked the room almost a month in advance and was given a price of $240 plus tax for 2 nights. Was charged over $400 instead with no explanation.
