    We stayed as a school group and were very happy with the stay. Lots of food options within walking distance, free parking with plug-ins, very central in Yellowknife. The lady running the breakfast area was very personable and helpful. She gave us some great local advice and genuinely enjoyed helping people. Staff tolerated our students play cards downstairs after aurora viewing which was appreciated.

    Everytime I got for medical my first option is to stay at super 8 if no room staton suite .Nice and close to Tim horton and Walmart. Super 8 is Nice and quite clean good ppl around

    I visited Yellowknife for an Aurora viewing trip. I stayed with my family in Super 8. The hotel rooms are clean and provide good toiletries. The front desk people are extremely helpful and friendly. Anmol and Riza were especially friendly and effecient, always gave good restaurant recommendations, where to drive out to see the aurora. A very pleasant stay. The breakfast is good and the coffee they serve at breakfast is excellent. I needed to take an official call and Riza helped tremendously. Definitley recommend this hotel. Thank you.

    The hotel and rooms are a bit dated but overall, a comfortable stay and a good location since it’s close to restaurants and Walmart. It’s also very close to the airport and there are cabs everywhere. Only downside is it’s quite far from the downtown area, where most of the places of interest are. But again, it’s easy to get a cab to downtown so it’s not an issue. The staff are so kind— Riza, Ivy, Nicole, Mariana (I think)— i forgot the names of the others, sorry.
