    Beautiful hotel, well located on the waterfront in Praia close to other restaurants, bars and shops. A friendly, helpful and professional welcome by the hotel reception staff awaits its guests. The bedrooms are contemporary in design and extremely comfortable. Hotel amenities are excellent, well worth a visit.

    We stayed here for one night “thanks” to a cancelled / delayed flight from Bestfly.We arrived to the hotel at 2.30pm and our room was ready at 6pm.The staff were friendly and a lunch buffet was provided. Food was basic but good, although not enough quantity for the large group pf people who had been 8 hours at the airport. After having spent a few nights at a different hotel in Praia, this hotel felt less functional and not properly maintained. Furniture in the room feels old, there is a clear lack of power outlets (or they are in odd locations), and the bathroom is old, moldy and with broken tiles. The shower “door” did not really keep the water in the shower, so the whole bathroom flooded when taking a shower.Location is good, close to the beach and lots of nice restaurants.I would not recommend this place.

    The reception manager didn’t want to refund 130€ for a night that was prepaid although we have checked out and did not overnight there. They did not change their opinion during one week. Not fair. Not a 4 star hotel : the airconditioning was not working, we had to change room, they we could not open or close the window (broken handles), tere was never handsoap in the disposer, we had to beg for hair and bodeysoap, big hole or stains on the sheets.On rooftop 2 of the 3 sunumbrellas were broken. It used to be beautiful but is not well kept, word out. Everything is clean. A lot of choice for breakfast. The lady at breakfast was very kind. At night: loud music of the neighborhood. We will never go there again because of the unfair treatment of not refunding a night as we were already checked out, and said it in the beginning of out staying.

    My son and I got stuck at this hotel for 2 days after our flights were canceled.We had the top penthouse suite which was nice but the balcony over looks the bridge and it smells like the sewer . The food was not good and the pool was tiny. I felt like I was on an old outdated cruise ship.

    service is just OK nothing exceptional. great customer service goes a long way. the country itself is extremely behind in customer service.their "HOT WATER" is cooler than luke warm.God forbids you bring someone over they will charge you $30 USD
