Location

The apartment hotel enjoys an excellent location on the seashore in the quiet north coast of Grand Cayman and is close to attractions including the famous Stingray City (15 minutes’ drive) and the town of Old Man Bay (10-minute walk). It is also very close to various amenities in the area such as restaurants and grocery stores. Directly in front of the condos are some of the island’s most spectacular dive sites: Mermaid Point Drop-off, Skinny Palm Tree Reef Drop-off and Babylon. All sites are accessible from the shore for experienced divers. Guests can fish or snorkel right from the hotel’s dock. Queen Elizabeth Botanic Park is approximately 4 km from the hotel, George Town is a 30-minute drive away and 7-Mile Beach is 40 minutes away by car.

Facility

The 4 rooms have a pleasant, inviting atmosphere. 2 villas/houses offer even more space and comfort. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. Additional features include a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. Internet access, a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and a radio ensure optimal comfort. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.

The sport and leisure options offer guests plenty of ways to be active. The outdoor pool complex is ideal for exercise and relaxation. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace.
