Hotel is nice...services and restaurant, very difficient.

The Hotel Infrastructure is great ...the service is very low poor quality. The hotel is well located, the room are big, ocean view and big space for relax. When it comes to restourant, dinner and breakfast, the services is very difficient. Dinner at the buffet is terrible. Lines before getting a table and they charge the buffet before the dinner and then you need pay again for the drinks... the renewal of food is occacional. The hot buffet run out of the main courses, and even the BBQ was not timely replaced. The lady of BBQ touched the meat with her on hand to test tenderness. The salads were ok, cheviche was good, but overall the buffet experience was bad. We had to almost beg for the drinks, and at the moment we finished, no desserts were left. The non-buffet restaurant is Ok, but it doesnt open on Mondays. The food there is good, but at the moment to charge the bill to the room, we had to pay the tip by Credit Card. Waiters said that if it is charged to the room, they dont get their tip!!!Breakfast is ok, but dont expect fresh bakery. The bread and others bakary pre-frozen. In summary, look TripAdvisor, if you look for a proper meals - restaurant at your hotel.

Good hotel, but WIFI restrictions

The hotel is fine, great breakfast, good view etc.... But the WIFI was a nightmare. They added so many WIFI restrictions, so I could not perform a video call via whats-app or perform teams meeting. Perhaps their WIFI network is so slow, so they probably intentionally closed the streaming or live calls, meetings etc. Also, when I checked in, I realized that the cleaning staff forgot to empty the trash can. I did complain, but all reception said, we can offer to empty the trash can now, which did not make since since I stayed there for one night.

My local contact booked this hotel as my other booking was messed up (long story) Arrived here late and had to leave early. Problem communicating solved with translation tool. Do bring your own adaptor.

I was impressed by the hotel location. One of the things i liked the most was the view from the rooms. The service was ok, the only thing i did not like much was the restaurant. The selection was limited, and the prices were not the greatest ones. However, you could walk 2 blocks down, and there are a variety of restaurants for your choosing (main road)The other great asset of this hotel is the spa. Once again, my team enjoy the ability to relax and discuss strategies after a long day. The sauna and steam are separated, and in the men's locker room. Definitely a plus!!! Great idea!!

Went on a Sunday night at 7pm for a meal and a few drinks only. Charged $3500 pesos to get in as the only bar (supposed) to be open was in the gaming area. The bar didnt appear open but I did eventually get a drink (half hour later). No meal until 8pm (ok this is Latin America). No atmosphere in bar (football on and so loud it was distorted).Staff were helpful but dont think anything will be displayed in english.Gave up and went elsewhere- wasted trip. The views ok, other than the low rent units between the casino and the beach.Better places to go unless your a pokie junkie.
