Gabriela is a hero

I would give 10 stars for service if I could. Gabriela at the front desk is an absolute star! We had parked our rental in the hotel parking and were about to leave to return it to the airport when we discovered the battery had died overnight. We were not able to call the 600 number for roadside assistance from our cell phones or the hotel landline and also do not speak Spanish well. Gabriela called from her personal cell to arrange for help initially and then called again several times when they were taking longer than expected (we were anxious about missing our flight). She then came down to the parking lot when the service person came to continue assisting in Spanish. She went above and beyond and really saved our trip home. Also wanted to give a shoutout to Jeremy at the front desk who is so sweet and has a lot of helpful information about the area - even has a handwritten suggested itinerary with ink drawings of the sites! It's really beautiful, make sure to ask about it if you are visiting the area. Room was really comfortable - just what you expect from a Hampton Inn - and they upgraded us to an ocean view for free. Hotel breakfast is exceptional (e.g. real scrambled eggs, not from a powder, and an extensive array of pastries)
