  Terrible experience - never again

  Right from arrival face unwelcome. Waited for 6 hrs but they allow check in at 14:00 whereas the rooms were ready. How come suddenly at 14;00 many rooms would be get free 😎Provided with a worst room with shower hardly working. This is 28!floor building 3 out of 5 days only 1 lift working - so you have to wait for 20/25 to get your chance. Key stopped working 1 hr before check out - no apology.🥹I travel on my business to various countries around the world (40 plus). This is the worst experience.   It's not just an hotel, it's like having your own apartment for a few days.

  Great Hotel it's like staying on your own apartment but with the plus of having a restaurant at the top of the building where if you included breakfast on your booking, you can have it there, and they will clean your room/bathroom and tidy up the bed every day. The great plus is that you have a kitchen, microwave, oven, mini frigo bar, water heater, and even plates, knives/forks/spoons, glasses and wine cups. You can either go out to dinner or cook by yourself on your room. For the same price this extras i think make it worthy over other hotels in the area.   The worst decision

  The front Desk Crew was awfull. Rude and with a terrible personal presentation.The hotel ask for a guarantee value. I understand that the polítics are according directives desicions but those must be clear in the pre booking process. Not happens in this case. And if you dont have a Credit card.... take a escandalous amount of Cash... Otherwise... Lose your money.   Good rooms and infra but worst service

  This is apartment hotel. Room and infra are good. However, the staff is hopeless. They are rude, not ready to listen and do not want to own any responsibility. Also, the processes are not in place to handle requirement of international travelers like booking . cancellation etc. Not knowing Spanish is another challenge but this is understandable.

  Modern but dissapointing

  Nice architecture and location but could improve the faculties! My window room couldn’t get closed and bathroom had an issue ! Disappointed, my preferences weren’t taken into account ( not nosy room far from elevator ) Breakfast was good and with a fantastic view .
