    Dreadful...How can this be a 4* hotel

    On getting to our room there was not a hotel guide in other than Spanish. We asked the receptionist to help but told on Spanish is available. Same when we went to the restaurant, the QR code only provide Spanish menu. The staff were friendly and tried to help but were not provided with the tools to be able to do so. Also went we asked to charge our meal to our room the staff said this wasn’t possible.In the room the safe instructions only in Spanish.See the attached photo of my partner's socks after walking around our room. I was bare footed and won't show you the colour of the soles of my feet from walking around the room as well. How dirty must this carpet be?!We arrive Friday evening, shortly after checking in I received a pleasant welcome WhatsApp message saying to reply if we have any issues. It is now gone midnight on Saturday; so far I have sent 4 messages and yet to receive a reply.This is supposed to be an international company and from their website it is obvious they are proud of the number of hotels they have under various names around the world but cannot even provide a hotel guide in more than one language. Very poor. Photo also taken of damp at skirting level to side of the bed, damp affected tiling in shower room and poor quality dirty sealant in shower.

    Good hotel but noisy street for sleeping

    My stay here has lows and highs …. Good thing is the hotel has its parking, the staff is very helpful, breakfast was good, and location is very good for Antofagasta. However, the really bad thing was the noise from the street and the poor isolation of windows ….     I was here on a business trip and it was a great experience. The staff is very helpful and the hotel has great accomodations. Not a great view from all rooms. All in all, it's very comfortable and the buffet breakfast is good.

    Reasonably prices, very comfortable bed but a smell issue

    First, I do enjoy this hotel, stayed here numerous times in the past 6 months, mainly because of the location to my work as well as the cost. First the good things, right across the street from the ocean, within walking distance to a number of great restaurants and a very comfortable bed. The service is ok, I have had issue with the air conditioner being set to a timer and shuts off every 30 minutes, which is annoying as heck and the front desk isn't inclined or know how to change it.Issues I have, well noise, one 3 sides of the hotel you will get loud noise, a restaurant/club on either side and in front you have a very busy street. So if you have trouble sleeping due to noise, don't stay here. The other negative is the smell coming from the bathroom. For whatever reason, a sewage smell emanates from toilet, very bad and nothing that the hotel has been able to fix. You can close the door to the toilet and this helps, but it does stink. Also, when showering, the glass door doesn't close all the way, as such, you will have a little river running from the shower if now super careful.For the restaurant, Breakfast is ok, nothing special but you do have breads, eggs, bacon and fruit to choose from. If dinner, for lunch or dinner, I enjoy the menu, good selections and very good preparation.

    Room on the 8th floor, view over the Pacific Ocean. Room was nice and big enough for a solo traveler.Very friendly staff, good food in the restaurant. Only negative thing is that there was a complementary small bottle of water upon check in, but none during the rest of the week.
