  It was absolutely the best. We have never been before. The hospitality was wonderful. Not knowing the language was not a problem. They were so willing to help you understand. The room was clean. Our room was small but it worked for us. I would recommend

  This is a typical Ibis Budget hotel, the rooms are small, but very comfortable, clean and new. Everything functions, good shower and good wifi. Breakfast is rather minimal, although they have good fruit juices. They also sell some sandwiches and snacks in the seating area near the reception. Personnel was very friendly, but little or no English spoken. The big plus is the location.

  Great showers, complimentary toiletries & soft towels. Very compact and Small rooms. U get what u pay for. Ibis budget beside normal Ibis. Book ahead for better prices as last minute prices double up. I’d stay again as it was comfortable to sleep in. Simple breakfast in the European fashion, Good location . English spoken.

  The hotel room is small and bare.   wrong rate policies practiced on Ibis Hotel in Iquique

  Upon arrival, the receptionist denied applying rate provided by booking.com and applied rack rate instead.I explained her that this was not normal, that hotel should and must obey to what they publish on the OTA/Extranet, that they were not only misleading guests but also conflicting with hotel/booking.com contract.Nevertheless, she made us pay for the rack rate, and taking into consideration the hour (late night), we decided to pay, stay and complain to duty manager next day, as this Ibis did not have one at the time.Next day I called the manager and tried to explain the situation, encountering some resistance from her.She tried to argue with me justifying this with possible tax application (which is not real).Relevant information: in Chile, foreigners (reality of all guests in this reservation) when paying in foreign currency are TAX exempts JuanManuelM1017, Gerente at Ibis Budget Iquique, responded to this review Dear guestThank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis budget Iquique.
