  Disappointing for a chain hotel

  I was disappointed in this hotel for the following reasons:1). Hot water temperature was just lukewarm, not hot enough.2). Breakfast selection was very basic and not anything that you wouldn’t find at a lesser hotel3) Some maintenance issues are showing, e.g. broken knob/handle (basically a stump) on the coffee pot at breakfast making it difficult to dispense; also, several room doors are missing the covers to the electronic key card devices. 4) Indifferent staff in dining room leaving many tables uncleared while they stood and chatted5) No bathroom door so when you go to the bathroom during the night, you end up waking up your companion. Opaque glass to cramped toilet section and to shower, but no door to the sink area which precedes the toilet and shower.The positives:- Rooms are clean and A/C worked well- Located above a strip mall with giant supermarket below as well as several fast food shops and a few other businesses- A couple of easy blocks to the beach/boardwalk NH Iquique Pacífico, Guest Services / Front Office at NH Iquique Pacifico, responded to this review Dear RahwayanThank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback.   Noise and breakfast

  Unfortunately, my stay at this NH Hotel was terrible. The room was not quiet at all — the small fridge made constant noise throughout the night, which seriously affected my sleep. This is unacceptable for a hotel room.Breakfast was also very disappointing. The quality was poor and the selection was limited, far below what I would expect from an NH hotel.Overall, this was not a comfortable stay, and I would not choose this hotel again unless these issues are addressed.   Modern and beautiful hotel

  A modern and beautiful hotel just between Iquique's main beaches and above a commercial center which can be of use during your stay. Large room with sea view, digital TV set and a superb comfortable bed. The (non-included) breakfast is a must try, although a bit expensive.Just had an issue with water pressure and temperature, which demanded an exchange of rooms during the stay - although solved, the water temperature in the alternative room was still a bit below what would be expected for a winter stay.

  Service was bad. We only stayed two nights and our last night there was a super loud knocking in the wall. I told the girl at reception and she never sent anyone. We didn’t sleep all night. I told reception in the morning and they just said they were sorry. Terrible. Stay somewhere else. Will be advising friends to stay away from all NH hotels.
