The hotel is located a few steps from La Serena in Coquimbo on the Avenue Mar. The Isla Damas can be reached by car in 2 hours and the Observatorio Mamalluca and the Valle del Elqui can be reached in about 1 hour from the hotel.

The hotel has 111 rooms, including 10 suites, 65 single rooms and 35 double rooms, which are located on 12 storeys and are reachable by lift.     Hotel not worth the price we paid

    The place is pretty much run down and would require some renovation, not worth the price you pay. Location is nice at the beach. The jacuzzy was out of service, one of the lights inside the indoor pool was lying on the floor with its cable connected. One of two elevators did not work, as it did not read the room key.

    My Aunt, Uncle, my Mom, and I spent 2 nights at the Enjoy in Coquimbo. My mom and I shared a Suite on top (12th) floor and my aunt & uncle had a room on the 3rd floor. First of all this is certainly NOT a 5 Star hotel! It might be the best place in Coquimbo / La Serena and it may have once been a decent resort, but it missed on SO MANY fronts that I don't know where to start!!!- The furniture (specially in the lobby and by the outdoor pool) is really worn out and needs replacing. The whole outdoor pool area needs a giant makeover!- We came back from dinner to find a huge line of cars of casino goers stretching down the street trying to get into the parking lot (that was full). After waiting for a while, someone in my party got out and went to ask how we (as hotel guests) were supposed to park our cars. We were instructed to go into thru the exit driveway and then turn the car in an impossible way to get in front of the waiting cars and thru the garage entrance (needless to say, despite being an excellent driver, I ended up scratching the rental car on a pole as I maneuvered the SUV into the garage).- The service was REALLY awful! We asked the front desk to please call a taxi for us (me and my 83 year-old mom) and they handed us a piece of paper with the taxi company's phone number!- I fell asleep on Friday night around 11pm only to be awoken at 11:30 by a full-on OUTDOOR disco party directly across the street from the hotel. It was so loud that it made the windows shake and it went on until 5am! Luckily, it was quiet the following night or I would have lost my mind!- The casino is really NOT worth it and crowd is super low-budget! - The little store was always closed, the place where you eat breakfast is a million miles away, the windows are all dirty, I could go on and on ...Don't stay here!

    Never stay here!!! Room smells to fungus and dampness, bathtub corroded, tiles, bathtub and sink are and filled with grime- clearly anti calc has never been used, pillars holding glass exterior corroded, the disco bellow plays loud music even on weekdays, so prepare yourself to be up until 2 am and make sure you like boring types of tecno. Breakfast: if some fruit, bread roles, watery coffee and strawberry jam are enough for you - you will find it ok. Oh, they also have over sugary donuts. Make sure to have earplugs for breakfast too. Do not rely on their taxi service-it could take 30 or longer to get one. Who decided this hotel was 5 stars? No idea, but I can’t imagine it deserves more than 1, if any at all. Unless of course size alone is star providing, in which case lots of stars for size, and none for the rest. The staff we met were genuinely nice and one can feel sorry for them. The manager was not available because she only shows up at 10:30, and does not answer the phone before then.. in case of emergency she can be reached by email 😐

    Slow check in waiting for room to be available. 4pm check in time is late compared with most hotels. Stayed in a suite, tired decor and badly stained carpet. Had to ask for stained sheets to be changed. Bathroom was ok but fan very noisy with no way to turn off. Not a quiet room with lots of noise from machinery. Windows covered in bird crap, must be weeks since they were cleaned. Room service/reception never answer the phone. In room breakfast is ordered through text message but they do not respond to requests. No in room dining menu, checked online but the menu link was dead. Poor effort for a casino resort hotel.

    Modern, quiet sleeping rooms, decent restaurants, really close to beach, not so great breakfast service for our group of 110 eclipse goers. I would stay here again and just bring some of my own breakfast food. The staff were not great with English language.
