    The Hotel is located 3 kilometers outside center town. The only restaurant is the restaurant inside the hotel. Our room was outdated. The room was fitted with an old air conditioner, the carpet was old an a bit dirty also the bathroom could need a refreshment.

    Good for a short stop in the way to the South

    We chose Los Angeles for being in the mid of our driving from Santiago ... and this hotel was one of the reasonable choices around. Ir a simple hotel, luckily has a pool that we used because we pass on the day it was the hottest in the summer (39 Celsius degrees). Food choices were not that much ... and prices were not cheap ... I would have expected better prices or better alternatives. Anyway, it’s a good choice for a quick stop

    Very good and nice hotel, I only stayed for one day but i really like it!! The food was really good. And the personal was really nice and always asking if you need something! It was an extremely excellent time😀.     Urine dogs cigarette and tricky prices

    Bad experience. We were in room 250. The corridor had a bad odour probably urine in front of 246. Plus between 242 and our room smell strong cigarette and when advised that at front desk their solution was spray deodorant. Next day was the same, people talking loudly inside same room and smoking. It is showed this hotel as a non smoking hotel and we suffer of asthma but personnel didn't care. Our last night, we heard a dog barking loudly at 2am, same early morning from one of the last rooms in second floor. This hotel doesn't allow pets.The entrance is around 50 meters of dirty road, so when you park be prepared to eat some dust. Last bad thing was during lunch I ordered mechada at a price on menu of $3500 but at the end, ticket said $8500. When asked our waitress to show the menu, she brought a new printed one saying $8500 of course, so I decided to check every menu and finally found the one clearly saying $3500, she refused to allow me take a picture of it and hid the menu while another lady next to us said she asked mechada also because the price of $3500. Even waitress insisted that I had to pay $8500 for just a small portion of meat, the manager agreed in respect printed price, but it was another bad experience anyway. They don't have vegetarian menu. Their idea of vegetarian is salad + tuna.     Good hotel for a night during a long trip to south

    This is a good place to stay if you are going to south in a holiday trip, or if you need a hotel during a work in the city. It's cheap, clean, quiet and rooms are large enough for few days. The only negative thing is the food, terrible, and too expensive. One dinner, with an awful food, costs more than the room, outrageous. Even the breakfast is terrible. All the rest is ok.
