Terrible breakfast. Mostly uncooked scrambled eggs with no other options & the staff refused to accommodate requests to cook them further

This is a typical city hotel that has seen better years.The outside is awful so it is relief to see that the inside is better but it is still all very tired.We had a suite and there was no tea or coffee in the room, the bathroom was quite ancient and the whole place is in need of TLC. Grand views. good hotel

Spacious room with a grand view (5 floor or higher). A bit musty smell but the sheets are clean and good shower. The breakfast room on the top is amazing. Hotel is sufficiently centrally positioned to reach everythingin the city walking.

Excellent place to be, good food and view of the bay of Puerto Montt. I suggest that you choose the rooms with a view of the bay and city. We went with my wife to celebrate her birthday and they took care of everything, reserving the table and room. Good value but needs renovation

We had a spectacular view of volcanoes and sea from our spacious ocean-view suite for a very modest price. Good value. The hotel sorely needs updating, though. The common areas, especially the carpets, are frayed. The window at the end of our floor was replaced by plywood. The bathroom is so dated it's probably impossible to clean properly. The neighborhood is a bit run down, but convenient, as long as climbing a short hill is OK.
