    Positive: -The receptionist let us into the room to use the bathroom and change our clothes after a long trip, even the room is not ready for check-in. She was very kind.- apto is quite large and very good.Negative: - Breakfast is pretty simple. Basically yogurt and cereals/ coffee/ tea/ cold milk (I asked to warm up and hot a little milk), bread/ ham/ cheese/ orange juice.- one morning I arrived at the cafe and had no one and had nothing prepared. I went into the kitchen and picked up the stuff I found for my coffee. Then the girl arrived and apologized because the coffee manager warned her in the morning that she could not go.     Good ubication, nearly to the center of the town and bus terminal. Room are nice, cozy and comfortables, with good toilets. Room service and breakfast are a high point. The only problem is, maybe, the heating service was insufficient a couple of times, but the madame fixed quickly, nothing really worries. The central garden is very nice, with a beautiful view. Wifi not working in the rooms, only in central areas. This is a comun problem in Patagonia, anyway. Is an acceptable price-quality option.
