    The hotel is well positioned on the water front. Rooms are nice - lots of wood decor but comfortable, warm and the shower and amenities are very very nice. The breakfast was lovely. Lots of cereal, granola, nuts, chia seeds, raisins. The cold meats were ham, chicken and salami and there was cheddar cheese. Hot food was bacon, scrambled egg, vegetables and omelette. The pastry counter was incredible and there are different breads. Luis in the bar restaurant was brilliant as was Batiste on the front desk - thank you.     Quirky, But I Really Loved Our Stay

    We booked a Suite last minute as foul weather on our last day convinced us to move out of Torres del Paine. Because of the mixed reviews, I debated whether to stay here but am really glad I did.The Suite was extremely large and comfortable, and soaking in the large tub with floor to ceiling views over the water towards the mountain was magical.On top of that the spa on the top floor (once you found it) was great! It had two large heated pools, lounge chairs, and also had the same great view. We didn't get a massage, but it was available.Breakfast was decent, with the basics. And in the same two floor area there was a nice bar, again with views, pretty cozy.Location is excellent, walking distance to the town square and all the shops and restaurants. There is a jogging/bike trail along the water across the street from the entrance, and the hotel has bikes available. 10 minutes from the airport.No hotel parking but there was street parking in front so that was not an issue.The modern architecture is notable, and perhaps polarizing, a bit Escher-like, with lots of catwalks, and an indoor waterfall along one set of stairs.My one ding was that the service, while friendly, was a bit slow. For example when we arrived in the middle of the afternoon we had to search for someone to check us in, and they appeared a bit understaffed.     Good location in Puerto Natales, walking distance from good restaurants and stores. Rooms are on the small side, but clean. Facility main could be improved. Very good breakfast and helpful kitchen staff. Our shower had a small leak and shower doors were hard to close.

    We enjoyed being able to see the water from one of our rooms and from the restaurant/bar area. The staff was quite attentive to the one concern we had with supplies in our room. The room was a little warm but it was a warm day as well. The staff also made great recommendations for dinner that were very helpful.

    We experienced a series of unfortunate events - but the hotel is clean & I doubt it's always a poor experience. The staff did not record our breakfast order, which meant no breakfast as we headed out for a 5 day backpacking trek. We also requested soap for the room that never came. The pool/hot tub was also closed - which was a bummer.
