Location

This hotel overlooks Lake Llanquihue and is located at the top of the bay with views of the city and volcanos. It lies just a couple of metres from the nearest links to the public transport network, 50 m from the sea and a 10-minute walk from the centre of Puerto Varas, where guests will find restaurants, bars, nightspots, shops and the tourist centre. It is 100 m from the Saltos del Petrohue and the Museo Nueva Braunau and Frutillar are both a 30-minute drive away.

Facility

    Room not for the weak!

    The hotel is located by the lake which provided great views laying on the beds in the room. It also had wonderful restaurants nearby without the need to look further. The hotel is also a short walk to the small town center.However the room we were given were small with awkward design. Firstly, we have descend a few steps to enter the room and ascend a few steps within the bedroom which made it difficult for one with back problems. The room was also smallish in size.     Good location but not the best place to stay

    The location is good and the staff is friendly but not very accommodating. Food restrictions weren’t taken seriously. Breakfast to go due to an early flight was a mess, not worth the money at all – one bag contained one sandwich - dry toast, no butter, dry cheese - a banana and a cereal bar. The other bag contained one banana, one lactose free yoghurt with pre-bagged cereal and a dry muffin. Although we tried to confirm allergies, reception staff wouldn´t listen and told us, that they are informed and the kitchen will take care of it. But the allergies weren’t accommodated. Although one of us has a nuts allergy the little cereal bag was full of nuts as well as the cereal bar.We also inquired about the Pizza salsa because of the allergies, yet the kitchen staff said that it is prepared and they cannot accommodate us. A few simple tomatoes and olive oil would have solved that, but they were not open to our suggestion.     Excellent location, reasonably priced. Good for a short stay. Clean and comfortable beds.     A well located hotel within walking distance of town and the water with an amazing pool and rooms with views over the lake. Comfortable beds and underfloor heating in the bathroom makes the rooms cosy when the weather is a bit chilly.     The BEST HOTEL IN PUERTO VARAS!

    This was the best and AMAZING location and views! I would go back to Puerto Varas just to stay at this hotel. It was quaint, great location, gorgeous views everywhere you went especially in our room. Great restaurant! Amazing customer service, and great access to the streets on both sides. All restaurants were located in back of the hotel. Very clean and beautiful wood fixtures. Loved it!!!
