    Do not stay here. It’s filthy.

    This is a disgusting hotel. It is filthy. The stains on the carpets are disgusting, even our clean sheets had marks on them. I asked to changed rooms and was told they didn’t have anything else available. No discount off for sub standard room, just a ‘sorry’ - almost like they hear that all the time…. Oh that’s right! They do! Make sure you do your research (unlike us, read the reviews) don’t stay here. It is awful. We booked this as a treat and it’s the biggest rip off ever. Definitely not worth the price we paid. And a VERY poor reflection of the Radisson brand.     The hotel room was a good size. There is a safe and hairdryer in the room. However there is no air conditioning which would have been nice. The breakfast was good. Our room had views of the lake. Our safe did not work when we arrived and this was eventually resolved after a couple of attempts. The hotel is in a good location near to the town and numerous restaurants.

    Puerto Varas is a gorgeous town with views of 2 volacnoes. You can walk to many places from here. Rooms were large and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was good but starts a bit late in the day. Wifi was good and strong signal. Area is safe for walking.

    Not bad, not good. Hotel does not honor their word

    Experience is downgraded substantially by them not honoring their word to provide points for my stay. I was clearly informed that by sending my Choice rewards number to them that they would credit me for the stay. I was later informed that since I booked directly with the hotel that they would not provide points for the stay. Who ever heard of not receiving points for booking directly? As to the hotel, slightly outdated rooms. Location was ok as a quick walk down the steps takes you to the main part of town. Breakfast good be improved with a better selection. All who work at the hotel were friendly.
