A restaurant to forget

As a hotel, the service is on par with others of the same level in the city.What's going from bad to worse, unfortunately, is the restaurant. Even on my previous visits, the service left much to be desired, but today, as one of the three staff members in the dining room, I can note:limited interest from the staff in serving guests, resulting in long wait times;a complete lack of empathy and willingness to make a simple change to the main course; and undercooked grilled salmon and sautéed vegetables.It's better to take advantage of the restaurants in the area or use the hotel's fast delivery service.At the end, pricy as per serviceHighly regrettable.

The room smelt of perfume or room spray when I came in, but other than that it was great. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. Fantastic water pressure and very quiet at night. The wifi was also strong and quick. Was it the lap of luxury? No! But it was perfect for one night.

The hotel was clean, great shower, delicious buffet breakfast. We were visiting during COVID times, so the exercise room, pool and sauna were unavailable (totally understandable). The staff are very nice and provide great, friendly service. The hotel was easy to get to and had underground parking, good location to get around town or head out to other places.

You can see that this hotel has been in business for a long time.Their personnel is well trained, restaurant works smoothly and the breakfast is superb.The room I stayed in was spacious, clean and very comfortable. There are a few details that should be improved, such as the shower curtain that does not keep the water from the bathroom floor, but all in all it's a great place for a business visit to Rancagua.I loved the food in the restaurant too.Keep up the good work.

Agreeable business stay in Rancagua

This good hotel is located two blocks away from the company I was in business with. The place was ideal for my purpose.Unfortunately I came there during the Chilean protests, but still the place provided a friendly and good service: rooms are large and very silent, enabling a good rest by night. The only inconvenient, due to the protests an curfew, they could not provide restaurant services at night.Small swimming pool, gym and sauna that permites relaxing after my day’s work.Thank you to all the staff !!!
