  Abba in Santiago ??

  16 Jun 2026

My stays at Abba are always amazing and to have such friendly and attentive staff like Daniela is a true blessing ?? It feels like a home away from home and the rooms are well appointed and good value for money ?? The location is easy walking distance to Costanera and Beppo restaurant across the road makes it the perfect place to stay in a safe zone Julieta Nicosia, Director General at abba Presidente Suites Santiago, responded to this review Dear Linsay B,We sincerely appreciate you sharing such a glowing review of your experience at our hotel. We are delighted to hear that you feel at home during your stays with us and that both the comfort of the rooms and the location contributed to your satisfaction. Quiet and comfortable

  10 Nov 2025

I stayed at the hotel for four nights - Sunday to Thursday. I was pleased with every aspect of the hotel and the service. It is in a very pleasant tree-filled neighborhood with the chance to go out for a short walk in the morning or evening. The lobby is very peaceful - almost like a luxury apartment building;. The restaurant is at the back with big windows on the garden and an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet is free and has many choices, so one can either get a very quick breakfast or sit for a while. I also had dinner one evening and the food and service were excellent. I had a "premium" room and it was very large, comfortable and totally quiet. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again. Julieta Nicosia, Director General at abba Presidente Suites Santiago, responded to this review Dear Karen-in-NJ,Thank you so much for sharing your experience after your stay at our hotel. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed both the peaceful and pleasant neighborhood and the comfort and spaciousness of your room. Photograph of 'so-called' swimming pool is a lie!

  14 Aug 2025

We booked this hotel for its heated swimming pool. It turned out to a approximately 5 x 1.5 m hot bath. Our room was so small that we had trouble storing our bags. We were unaware that the hotel restaurant is closed on Saturdays making us hunt in the cold for a restaurant. Julieta Nicosia, Director General at abba Presidente Suites Santiago, responded to this review Dear Peters,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our hotel. We sincerely regret that the pool area did not meet your expectations and that the information provided did not match what you expected. We know these details are important when choosing accommodations, and we appreciate your attention. We also regret that the room size and restaurant conditions affected the comfort of your stay. Your feedback on restaurant availability helps us review our communications and services so that situations like yours do not happen again. We deeply value your feedback, as it allows us to identify opportunities for improvement and work to offer a more clear experience tailored to our guests' needs.

  Disappointing reception staff

  31 Jan 2025

Stayed 3 nights. Good location with restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms clean and well maintained. Breakfast was average plus rather than good. Limited other facilities and felt more focused on business than tourists. Only real complaint was attitude of staff on reception who really made no effort to provide information when asked. Restaurant staff were much better.
