    Quiet and comfortable

    I stayed at the hotel for four nights - Sunday to Thursday. I was pleased with every aspect of the hotel and the service. It is in a very pleasant tree-filled neighborhood with the chance to go out for a short walk in the morning or evening. The lobby is very peaceful - almost like a luxury apartment building;. The restaurant is at the back with big windows on the garden and an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet is free and has many choices, so one can either get a very quick breakfast or sit for a while. I also had dinner one evening and the food and service were excellent. I had a "premium" room and it was very large, comfortable and totally quiet. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again.     Photograph of 'so-called' swimming pool is a lie!

    We booked this hotel for its heated swimming pool. It turned out to a approximately 5 x 1.5 m hot bath. Our room was so small that we had trouble storing our bags. We were unaware that the hotel restaurant is closed on Saturdays making us hunt in the cold for a restaurant.     Great hotel! It was clean, quiet and in a nice location. The staff were excellent.     Disappointing reception staff

    Stayed 3 nights. Good location with restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms clean and well maintained. Breakfast was average plus rather than good. Limited other facilities and felt more focused on business than tourists. Only real complaint was attitude of staff on reception who really made no effort to provide information when asked. Restaurant staff were much better.     This is a nice hotel in a great neighbourhood for sightseeing and restaurants. The pool was small but we made good use of it to cool down after the Santiago heat. I mentioned that it was my wife's birthday and Daniela at the front desk surprised us by sending up a birthday cake!
