    The location is close to restaurants, shopping and the hop on hop off bus.The staff were very accommodating. We had multiple reservations that they linked so we did not have to move rooms. They allowed early check in and assisted with securing transportation to the cruise port.

    Bottle water issue

    This is my first time visiting Santiago, and overall everyone we encountered has been very nice and friendly, which we truly appreciate.However, on our last day, asking for two additional bottles of water became unexpectedly complicated. After the gym, we had already finished the two bottles provided in the room earlier. When I requested two more, I was told the hotel only offers two bottles per day, and in the end, only one was given.As a Titanium member, I didn’t expect such a small request to become an issue. If providing two extra bottles of water would somehow make the hotel unsurvivable, then my apologies. Otherwise, it just felt unnecessary to turn something so minor into a point of resistance, especially given the otherwise positive experience. In addition, we offer complimentary filtered water at the gym for refilling reusable bottles, and bottled water is also available for purchase at the Front Desk for guests who may require additional quantities.     Stayed a couple of nights at the Ac Costanera specially for NYE.The hotel is perfectly located, walking distance to many places, it has a mall direct entrance, which I believe is the biggest mall in Santiago. Rooms are clean and modern and have a nice view of the city.Breakfast was good, I highly recommend everyone to ask to the waiters for the Avocado toast as it comes with smoked salmon which sadly isn't on the buffet.NYE: The food was ok but it lacked a lot of options, have to say that for the kind of hotel it is, it was weird that the buffet for NYE was so small with not many options, there wasn't sushi, the desserts table was minimal with 4 options basically, not even ice cream. I'd suggest for next time add more food options.The party location is at the deck with view of the city, the DJ was awful I have to admit, he just played old songs which my family and I found to be very boring.

    If you are traveling solo, this hotel is safe, clean, and very conveniently located near everything you might need. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt secure and welcoming throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options and a nice setup that made mornings easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend staying here again.One note of caution: do not use the ATM at the mall. I was charged by my bank, but no money was dispensed. Instead, there is a live teller location inside the mall that you should use to withdraw local currency safely.

    Room 2002 has beautiful view towards the mountains!

    We stayed in the corner room 2002 for 2 nights and enjoyed the hotel’s central location. Room 2002 has a great space and view towards the mountains. Uber ride from airport took about 20 min and cost about 35,000 CLP one way.The hotel‘s lobby is on the 17th floor of the highrise. Floor 5 has a direct access to the mall next door (you exit on the food & restaurant floor). Skytower entrance is on the ground floor of the Mall.The only thing against room 2002 is the small shower and it took a few minutes to get the hot water, otherwise it’s a great large room with a beautiful view!
