    The place was ok, clean and quiet.There was an aircon only in the room of the place but i think it would need more strength for summer days as it wasnt working much.The location was great, right next to the station.We could check in an hour before which is great and we were allowed to leave our bags at the office.Its a bit too expensive for what you get id say.

    We rent apt 1107 at 50 Santa Beatriz in Providencia (-Santiago) for 7 days. I read the reviews on TripAdvisor and i was concerned but we got pleasantly surprised . The owners were very friendly and helpful, apartment was neat and clean. The only thing i did not like was the sofa in the living room, it was kind of old and to soft when you seat on it . Location is great . The other 2 reviews here on this apartment are not describing the same apartment . Private apartments do not offer breakfast , the owners told me the have contacted TripAdvisor several times to explain that some reviews are not describing their apartment but TripAdvisor did nothing about it. I will recommend this apartment to friends with no problem at all. It is unfair to have bad review for nice apartment like this
