Location

Located in the prestigious neighbourhood of Las Condes, surrounded by greenery and mountains, the hotel is close to the sky. There is also a shopping centre about 1 minutes' walk away.

Facility

62 suites, 38 single rooms and 14 double rooms are available. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Children can enjoy the playground.     You get Marriott services for a fraction of the price.This apart hotel is a gem, located in the same building as the more expensive marriott hotel. Large confortable rooms with kitchenette in the best Santiago location. Walking distance to main malls.

    The room was spacious and with a nice view of the mountains. Besides the bed and pillows were very comfortable.The Hotel staff was very friendly and efficient and the hotel itself very well located near Parque Arauco Mall.If we come back to Santiago we will stay again at Boulevard Suites

    The hotel instalation, room, appliances, decorations and overall look feel old. You can tell there has been quite some time since they made anything remotely similar to a small glowup. Right now it's too pricey for what it offers. Excellent service is what saves it from total damnation

    Excellent hotel. Great location, just next door to Shopping centre with lots of restaurants. Reception staff was super helpful and always welcoming. View from the room was breathtaking, totally worth it. Bed comfortable and great size. Breakfast was nice too. Parking was free which was important as we rented a car. My only disappointment was that I was hoping for a hot tub and pool but it was closed. I suggest to make it clearer in the hotel ads when they are available.Overall, a great experience. I would stay in this hotel again.

    Excelent location, attention of all the personnel and its manager Camilo. Great breakfast, building and apartments.Super covid safe. Very near to the best Santiago shopping mall, with restaurants and all kind of shops. Also very close to the Arauco park and Kidzania.
