Perfect stay
09 Aug 2026
Great quality and value! The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, local attractions. Bathrooms and rooms were extremely clean. Great pressure on showers as well. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were comfortable size including a desk. The staff is very professional and welcoming. Luka at the front desk was exceptional. Atmosphere at the bar and breakfast area was warm and inviting. Definitely going back when visiting Santiago. Parking available too.

Excellent hotel in an upmarket area
04 Mar 2026
This is an excellent affordable hotel! The room was very large with two double beds which were very comfortable and the room was very quiet from both street noise and in-house noise. The surrounding area is extremely safe and it’s a short walk to Bicentennial Park and the bus stop for the Hop on Hop off bus.The hotel also has an excellent very affordable restaurant. We will definitely stay here next time in Santiago.

Short Stay
23 Sept 2025
Our room was enormous with 2 king size beds which was excellent. Unfortunately a tradition of having complimentary tea coffee making facilities seems to have come to an end in Chile. Also no room check could have been done as 4 light bulbs were expired for our stay, we weren't there long enough to complain.

Standard hotel

This hotel was nice, but nothing to write home about. It’s very clean and in a decent location, the lobby is lovely and the staff was nice. The outdoor patio is nice, but filled with smokers. The pool was closed for maintenance while I was here, but looked like a nice corner to hang out in the sun.
