    I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this Double tree! The hotel is wonderful and the staff are truly amazing. It was an awesome experience from the minute I walked in to the time I left. Juan at the front desk exuded true professionalism with my staff (paying attention to detail) during check in and throughout my stay. Rodrigo was very helpful as well during the day of checkout. The room was exceptional. Big, bright, great bed and extremely clean. Very impressive. The breakfast buffet was really great. Kudos to the management team and especially Juan and Rodrigo.What a great experience. Thank you.     Great hotel - restaurant is less good.

    What a great hotel - it may be a doubletree but most of the facilities could be a Hilton. My stay started with a wonderful upgrade to a suite - which was a lovely room. The hotel had a concierge, and a lovely bar. The restaurant was a bit odd - it wasn’t great to be honest, but was OK for breakfast.My upgraded room was amazing - a two room suite with a nice big, modern bathroom. I really liked the area, close to a big mall and lots of restaurants (which I wish I had gone to!).I cant complain - this hotel is a really good choice for Santiago and I would definately come back.     The staff is friendly and efficient. Tries to get a room not facing the street which could be quite noisy. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices.     We loved this hotel from the doorman Wesley to the restaurants and front desk staff. This hotel made us feel so very welcome and that no request would be too much to ask. The rooms were quiet and had everything we needed including comfortable beds. The hotel is about 1 1/2 blocks from a large mall, and there is a pharmacy across the street. If you need something ask Wesley a the front door, he speaks 4 languages. His smile and welcoming ways were so positive.
