Checked in yesterday to this great hotel in the newer part of Santiago. From check in all going really well. Great room with lots of space just to chill and enjoy. Massive table and couch to relax on and not just a bed. Breakfast was included in our price and is well worth it. The staff are very accomodating even if you struggle with Spanish.(Apple Translate works well). The amenities are fantastic in the room and cleaning staff really helpful with a smile. Also really nice spaces in foyer just to sit and relax. Lots of water fountains around the foyer area to fill up a bottle for the day. Literally 5min walk to Cenco Costanera mall for everything you may need.Nice running route from the Hotel all the way up Av. Vitacura .20min walk to the Oasis station to take the cable car up the hill to Cerro San Cristobel.5min to MUT mall for great food and the Metro line that gets you all over the city cheaply.Don't forgot about your Choc-chip cookie on arrival warm and lovely

Great location, wonderful Gold upgrade to corner room with views. Restaurant was also really good. And of course I loved the cookies. I would definitely return. Only downside was that the Wifi was a very spotty on 16th floor. Great stay! Thanks. Great value. Feels upscale, and friendly.

Reminds us of what the Doubletree hotels were like 20-25 years ago in the U.S. Feels like a 4+ star hotel, with friendly service, and a 3 star price. Hotel room we had was immaculately clean and very roomy. Lots of restaurants, shopping and convenience stores within a 2-block radius. We felt safe walking around the area at night after late arrival, going to Wendy’s to get fastfood carry out in the next block. Awesome Hotel and Staff

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this Double tree! The hotel is wonderful and the staff are truly amazing. It was an awesome experience from the minute I walked in to the time I left. Juan at the front desk exuded true professionalism with my staff (paying attention to detail) during check in and throughout my stay. Rodrigo was very helpful as well during the day of checkout. The room was exceptional. Big, bright, great bed and extremely clean. Very impressive. The breakfast buffet was really great. Kudos to the management team and especially Juan and Rodrigo.What a great experience. Thank you. Great hotel - restaurant is less good.

What a great hotel - it may be a doubletree but most of the facilities could be a Hilton. My stay started with a wonderful upgrade to a suite - which was a lovely room. The hotel had a concierge, and a lovely bar. The restaurant was a bit odd - it wasn’t great to be honest, but was OK for breakfast.My upgraded room was amazing - a two room suite with a nice big, modern bathroom. I really liked the area, close to a big mall and lots of restaurants (which I wish I had gone to!).I cant complain - this hotel is a really good choice for Santiago and I would definately come back.
