Location

    Solid hotel in convenient location

    This is a very solid hotel in a good location on a quiet street with many casual and more upscale dining options nearby. A metro stop is nearby as well. It is close to the commercial street of Providencia. The breakfast buffet, not included but can be added reasonably to the reservation, is extensive and good. The staff is very helpful. There is a small pool and a small gym on the top floor with great views. The rooms are a bit dated but well-maintained and clean. Real king-sized beds. The shower has a 3/4 barrier to keep the water in. Not as good as a full curtain but adequate. Great soundproofing for noise from the outside. Limited room in front for drop-offs and pickups. Parking in floors below the hotel. The hotel appears to be popular with business travelers.

    After arrival in Chile, I stayed 2 nights at the Four Points hotel, and was very pleased with my choice: the hotel is in a good and safe location, just a few minutes walking away from the Costanera center with banks, money exchange, shops (and yes: the elevator to the Sky Costanera visitor floor - don´t miss the view!). Close by are many small restaurants and cafes, and the river-side as well which was nice for a walk.The room was modern in style, very comfortable and quiet, with a spacious bath room and very good breakfast.I had booked an early check-in as my flight arrived very early, which worked fine, and I was even invited to complimentary breakfast on this first day. Overall a very pleasant experience and I can recommend it if you don´t look for a small boutique-like hotel.

    This review is for the restaurant and bar at the hotel. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the wide selection of foods at the restaurant. We ended up having a selection of appetizers for dinner. Our server and amazing bartender, Luis, made amazing martinis and was so fun playing with us and our limited Spanish (thank you Google Translate!). Highly recommend eating at the hotel and enjoying Luis' service and drinks!!
