Don’t stay here

Terrible experience. Staff rude. They add a tip to the restaurant bill and then you as a guest must decide afterwards if you want to pay it or not. Addressing it to the receptionist she laughed at me and said i was wrong to think it was not ok. Worst feeling. Food in the restaurant is subpar. Rooms dated. Location is good and close to a nice mall with lots of restaurants. But i cannot recommend this hotel.

Feels Dated

Location is great. Hotel must have been around for some time. The carpet in the room feels old and I prefer to move around in my slippers. Staff are friendly and warm. Breakfast was ok, fair amount of selection. It's great they have water machines on my floor to top up. Good for a short stay and esp the location is a big plus

Solid hotel in convenient location
01 May 2026
This is a very solid hotel in a good location on a quiet street with many casual and more upscale dining options nearby. A metro stop is nearby as well. It is close to the commercial street of Providencia. The breakfast buffet, not included but can be added reasonably to the reservation, is extensive and good. The staff is very helpful. There is a small pool and a small gym on the top floor with great views. The rooms are a bit dated but well-maintained and clean. Real king-sized beds. The shower has a 3/4 barrier to keep the water in. Not as good as a full curtain but adequate. Great soundproofing for noise from the outside. Limited room in front for drop-offs and pickups. Parking in floors below the hotel. The hotel appears to be popular with business travelers.
