What's not to like: a leisurely,, inexpensive uber ride from the coast through Chilean wine country, easy to find which we thought would be an impossibility travelling into a city the size of Santiago, 24 hr shuttle, clean , rather immaculateb, hope, from grounds, facilities, rooms, restaurants, 5 minute drive shuttle to airport, staff that defines, over the top friendly, limited currency exchange, and the best room service hamburger in the planet,. Only here for an overnight pending an outbound flight. Will definitely stay again,. Thsnk you

We love Hilton’s. On the positive side it was close to the airport with a shuttle, the room was fine and the bed comfortable. This Hilton was disappointing. The card keys didn’t work half the time, the room was cold and the desk clerk never sent anyone to look at it. But the worst was the buffet breakfast in the morning. Good value if it was hot, but it was cold. Coffee was out of a machine and tasted like instant.

I stayed here twice in a few days and thought the hotel was a really good choice if you want to be close to the airport. The restaurant was not great - my burger was average at best, but the cocktails were good and the room was fine. I had both a twin room and a king, the king had a better fell, not sure why - but both were comfy with a big bathroom. There were two great things about this hotel, I could keep my bag there when I did a quick overnight jaunt to another location, and it has a laundry self-service facility. Far cheaper than paying for the hotel laundry and the washing machine and tumble dryer worked well - but was busy so be warned!The only thing that let this hotel down was the airport transport - on the way out I think they misjudged the people and bags versus seats and it was a really uncomfortable ride to the airport. On the way back I found the pick up location OK but it wasn’t easy. My big issue is the timings - every hour seems very slow for an airport such as SCL - why they don’t do it every 15 mins or 30 mins at a push - every hour felt far too long to wait, however an uber I used got completely lost trying to find the hotel so it is not the simple solution.

Nice HGI close to the airport (SCL). Easy & complimentary shuttle ( reservation required). They will provide detailed instructions. Hotel is modern and rooms are comfortable. Good hotel for a quick stay to make next day connections. Easy uber/taxi to center of city for great restaurants ( about 25 min), but close to airport to avoid morning traffic. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
