Location

This city airport hotel is located opposite the passenger terminal of Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport. It also offers easy and direct access to several areas of the city. El Golf centre, with many restaurants and major businesses, is 15 min away. Several shopping centres and central Santiago are around 10 min away, as are museums and other cultural areas of the city.

Facility

The hotel has 114 rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a cash machine and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.     Top class hotel. Excellent location between terminal 1 and 2. No need for a taxi. Staff were excellent and couldn’t be more helpful

    ROOMS: spacious rooms, big bathrooms. Wide bed, pillows, desk and chair. There are coffee machine and safe box in the room, no fridge. Bathroom in some of the rooms have a bath, others are equipped with a shower. There are shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom.LOCATION: excellent! In 2-5min walking distance from both terminals with easy access to them.FOOD: breakfast buffet 5-10am: good variety of cold appetizers, hot dishes, eggs, fruits and pastries.FACILITIES: good wi-fi, room service 24hSTAFF: polite and friendly.     Best holiday inn I have stayed in. Steps away from the airport, literally. Beautiful lobby. Friendly staff. Lovely room, just right temperature, great bath, spacious and clean. We were given complemently drinks and breakfast, which was very good. Can't fault the place. Going back in a couple of days and will test out the laundry and swimming pool!!     Great Santiago airport convenience with this practical hotel

    This is not a luxury hotel, but it offers great convenience to the domestic and international terminals of the Santiago airport. The rooms are large, clean, with all the necessities although a bit dated. King-sized beds are actual king-sized. Great soundproofing. The restaurant is a bit basic with a limited selection of options. The staff were fairly attentive. The front desk is small and may get jammed with group arrivals.
