    Great location, affordably priced and friendly service made this an excellent choice.

    Stayed 6 nights here and my small suite felt like a cozy home. I came and went often as it was easy due to its central location. Staff was super helpful whenever I needed assistance. Breakfast was decent with makings for small sandwiches for your mid-day or evening snack. The street and the property are a bit tired but the location and service make up for that. Posting photos from a talented photographer in LaStrella with a suggestion that the owner invest in some art for the 3rd and 4th floor hallways. 😉. Highly recommend!

    Outstanding location near the Museo de Belles Artes. We walked everywhere. Great selection of good neighborhood restaurants. Very friendly staff. Quiet area. The rooms are somewhat rundown and could benefit from updating. We only had hot water available for about 3 hours each morning. The people working at the hotel are very friendly. Breakfast is provided. It was adequate and didn't change during the 7 days we were there. We would stay again if we returned.

    This hotel felt like student accommodation; the entrance is via a buzzer through a wooden door, the reception is a white desk, and then I was directed round a corridor to a room that felt just like a student bedroom, with a window onto a courtyard. The location was said to be central & easy to walk around, but there were people camping in the road not far way, and the area felt somewhat run down, a guide advised that the area had been unpoliced during lockdown and that crime and prostitution had taken over, but the police were around more during the day to prevent this, but to be careful walking around at night. I'd consider staying in the Bellavista area if visiting again.

    The location in Bellas Artes is perfect, nice neighborhood and close to Lastarria. Walking distance to the food markets, Bella Vista, Cerro Santa Lucia and the square. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast, coffe and tea available 24/7.

    This hotel is in a very good location being across the road from the Museo de Belles Arte. However, the rooms are so small and tight, one feels like living in a monk's cell. But this is a renovated house, so to maximize space, rooms are small. The ground floor rooms don't have much natural light. The people working at the hotel are very friendly. Breakfast is provided. From this hotel, you can get to the Cathedral and main square with several museums around the square within 15 to 20 minutes of casual walking.
