    Need bed made?

    rating29 Feb 2024

Wow how disappointed I was. We arrived late at 10 pm. The staff was unhelpful and our room consisted of a bed and bathroom. No closet, bedside table on one side. No place to put a pair of glasses down at night. Went out from 6am till 5pm to find no maid service. Was told I needed to request it. Honestly when was I asked. The staff at 6 was sleeping and looked annoyed when we woke her up to exit. Won’t be back.

Great Value for Money at TREMO HOTEL BOUTIQUE BELLAVISTA ( not other Tremo Hotel nearby)

    rating22 Mar 2023

My Wife age 69 toured all over Sth America 4 months altogether now and myself 7 months, this is probably “THE BEST VALUE ON A LIMITED BUGET HOTEL” l have ever over here, come across, l booked here because it was recommended in “South American 2021 Edition of *LONELY PLANET* Travel Advice Books on a Limited Budget. We stayed here for 9 nights altogether for $71 per night, with a Great Continental Breakfast (see photos below). The staff are very Friendly, especially NANCY ( who speaks fluent English), she helped us with all things, like booking cheap local taxi’s, advising places to go, catching buses to other cities, etc. The other staff who are all from Venezuela, although only speak Spanish, are all very friendly and bend over backwards to help, you can communicate using a Translator App, write in English, converts to Spanish.

Looks good only in the pictures but good location.

The hotel is very poor and very poor maintenance. We were on room 33 on the ground floor, next to the breakfast area. Outside our room is the breakfast tables, forget about sleeping until late, if you would like to. we stayed 2 nights and we arrived 1am of the next day on the first night. Our sheets were wet and the air con did not work. Because it was very late we did not bother complaining. Internet coverage was very poor. On the next day, we were moved to room 34 also next to the breakfast area due to the air con issue. A lot of noise from the cars outside and the internet did not work inside that room. The shower was broken but we couldn't be bother to move again. Very poor breakfast and it starts at 8am. If you would go for a tour earlier than that (we went at 7am) we will not be able to have breakfast. We requested to have something prepared for us the night we arrived but we were advised that before 7:30am was not possible. On the next day, it was 8am and the breakfast was not ready. At 8:10am I went to speak to the lady who was preparing the breakfast and she did not realised the coffee was not done. I would never recommend this hotel. For the price they charge, you will be able to find better deals.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations of restaurants nearby. The rooms were ok but could do with a bit of an update there are lots of maintenance needed. The wifi was fast !Breakfast was a bit boring make you own cheese & ham toastie (everyday).I would stay again as the location so close to the food and nightlife of Bellavista is the main positive.

    Very bad experience

    rating23 Feb 2018

The hotel conditions are poor, as well as the overall maintenance. All seems to be dismantling. There is no way to use the safe, and no phone to communicate with the reception. Breakfast was also bad, with a fluorescent-artificial juice. Rusted areas in the bathroom and the doors are very hard to be opened. If you stay in the upper floor prepare yourself, as the stairs are not very easy, especially with suitcases (no lifts). We arrived at noon, rooms were available, but they were not happy to let us to have access to them as checkin is officially at 2PM (they dont care if the rooms are available!).
