    Well located hotel

    The hotel is in an excellent location with close restaurants near by. Its a good option to explore Santiago.We stayed 3 nights however the hotel was booked by a travel agent and we were probably a bit oblivious to the room size. It was small for two and 3 nights stay but fine for busines travel. We did ask for a bigger room ( we were happy to pay) but they advised none were available.The lifts are also quite slow in this hotel.The breakfast and staff are very good.Overall I would stay again but I would be requesting a bigger room.

    conveniently located hotel near metro & bus stops, this hotel provides clean & comfortable accommodations . Near the tallest shopping centre too. Good base for exploring the many sights of santiago

    This was my second stay and not last one. The area is great, the staff is friendly, you almost feel like home and they treating you like that. It says 3* but with the staff approach is 5* hotel for me.     Convenient and clean with helpful staff

    I spent 2 very comfortable nights at this hotel. I picked it for the convenient location, just a few minutes walk from 2 metro stops and surrounded by stores, restaurants, ATMs, etc. and reasonable price. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, from storing my luggage after I arrived on a morning flight to directing me to a nearby store to get the correct power adapter (and offering to lend one if needed). The room and bathroom were on the smaller side but very clean and had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, great water pressure, and I felt safe walking around the area.     Lovely hotel with great breakfast. It was in a great location in the city and was very near the metro and other cafes. Staff were pleasant and friendly.
