    Budget hotel, has a restaurant. Needs improvement, carpet old and stained by elevators, towels had a better life. Staff is very nice.

    Great location but not a 4 star experience

    This 4* star hotel was okay but did not deliver a 4* star experience. WiFi was poor and for part of my stay was completely broken. Breakfast was okay but basic. Rooms were big but lacked tea/coffee making facilities and ironing board. Decor was shabby in many places. However, location and views were both excellent.

    I guess the best thing I can say is that it's a good location. Lots of great restaurant options nearby. Two Metro stops within a short walk. Other than that, I would NOT go back or recommend it given alternatives in the immediate vicinity. The hotel is very "worn out" and dreary. Holes in the carpet, the damage to furniture that happens over time. The shower rod in the bathroom separated resulting in a sagging shower curtain. The room is adequate but really basic. Buffet breakfast is standard, mediocre buffet breakfast. I wasn't tempted to eat other meals at the lobby restaurant based on the quality of breakfast. My biggest problem was that there is no reliable internet. I either couldn't connect to the WiFi at all or would lose the connection in the middle of something. I mentioned this at the front desk and the response was, "No one else has complained."

    The rooms were good, convenient to the airport. There was a bar and restaurant, good breakfast. It was clean. Nice little pool which was great since it was HOT! Friendly staff. It was really nothing super special but it was good enough.

    Just had a 2 night stay here and really happy with this hotel. Perfect location, a short walk from the hop on/off tourist bus in a nice quiet area with several decent coffee shops and restaurants. The room was large with 2 comfortable double beds and an updated bathroom with amazing water pressure. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices - buffet style. There is a pool area (freezing water this time of year!) which was nice to sit in for a while after a busy days sightseeing. Contrary to other reports on here, we found the front desk staff and the concierge very helpful and pleasant (especially as we only speak English) and they went out of their way to help us even with the language barrier. We arrived at 11am after a 14 hour flight and were delighted to get access to our room even though check in is from 2pm. In all, our stay was great and the cost reasonable. I absolutely recommend this place and would happily make a return visit.
