Location

Located in the exclusive suburb of Vitacura, the hotel is just minutes from the main tourist points of the city. It is a few blocks from the metro of Santiago and the most important commercial centre and just 10 minutes from the centre of Santiago. The airport is 20 minutes from the hotel and the best ski resorts are 50 minutes away.

Facility

6 junior suites, 2 suites, 9 single rooms and 20 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace.     We hosted a group of 20 guests at Bidasoa. We were so pleased that our tour partner, Eco Chile, chose this hotel. They handled the group situation perfectly. Provided early check-in where available for those arriving from Long Flights early in the morning. Breakfast was amazing. Louis served us on a few occasions, and he along with the other service team, were great.We had a wonderful group dinner at the hotel. Everything was perfect. All in all, a wonderful stay.     We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bidasoa. The hotel is very comfortable and everything felt clean and well cared for. The breakfast each morning was excellent with plenty of fresh and delicious options.A special thank you to Alonzo at the front desk (I hope I have his name right!). He was incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to help us find tours that suited us and even assisting with translation when we needed it.What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was warm and welcoming, and they genuinely seemed happy to be there, which created a very positive atmosphere throughout the hotel.Overall, a fantastic stay with great service.     I highly recommend Bidasoa for a great stay in Santiago! The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is located in a pretty, quiet area of the city. I had a great lunch, eating outside at their restaurant Casa Sanz. The swimming pool is small but lovely :)Be aware that you'll need to take a taxi/Uber anywhere you go, but they're not expensive and readily available.
