Great Location, Disappointing Experience
10 Mar 2026
The location of the hotel is good, but overall it was not good value for the money. The staff was not very helpful and the breakfast was really poor with limited options. We had to wait a long time for food to be replenished. The bread and breakfast pastries were hard, and the juices were not fresh. There was also no hot water kettle in the room, which is something you would normally expect in a 4-star hotel. Gestor de Experiencia, Guest Services / Front Office at Hotel Fundador, responded to this review Dear Gavin, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the location of our establishment. However, we sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide a high standard of comfort and service, and your insights are invaluable in helping us achieve this. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to serve you better in the future.
