    A great stay with a room that was spacious, clean, and you can get room service to your room! Breakfast could be served from 06:30-09:00 to help tourists with their tours but otherwise a pleasant stay. Receptionists were very accommodating and helpful considering my limited Spanish

    There are two main advantages of the hotel. Location and price. Perfect for visitors to Santiago. We were very pleased with this, but it was not enough for a very good rating.I'm not one to complain, but I need an honest opinion so that travelers won't be disappointed. Generally, it wasn't very bad, but: the service in the hotel was not different from average; visa and mastercard debit cards were not supported (I had to use more expensive credit cards); very poor quality wi-fi; outdated rooms; and the worst thing, especially with jetleg, the rooms are located overlooking a busy street and are simply noisy. If that doesn't bother you, I recommend this hotel because the location is just great.

    The location of the hotel is great if you want to be in an area with bars, that is close enough to the historical sites and subway.They provide breakfast (nothing exceptional but it is ok) and they provide storage for free.Some of the personnel was great and some was so and so.The building of this hotel is a bit old and some of the furniture is suboptimal.

    Positives:For the price you pay this hotel is in a fantastic location! It is in the heart of the city with an abundance of restaurants/ shopping nearby.The rooms are outdated, but spacious and perfectly comfortable. Decent breakfast including eggs, bread and cheese.Negatives:The reason I have given 3 stars and the reason I would probably not stay here again is the barely non-existent WIFI!! It is much better in the lobby, but in the rooms you can’t even check emails.

    The hotel is located in my favourite part of town in Santiago and overlooks the elevated park just over the road. The lobby and downstairs restaurant were well equipped and updated with large sunny windows and a contemporary feel.The room we stayed in was not updated to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. The linens were very dated and the floor was covered in dust. They also did not change our sheets between days although they were stained.
