    Nice hotel, but where are all the guests ?? Seems empty for 5 day stay🤔

    My first time in Santiago and this hotel was in the city, excellent location to where the shopping and food (fast food too) are nearby. The staff were all welcoming and a security person was always in the lobby. Staff booked my a day tour and lent me a bicycle anytime for the 5 days. Breakfast was in included for my booking and it exceeded my expectations, with coffee menu machine prepared. The room was adequate and clean, i did have a blunt view of the apartment complex next door, I stayed on the 3 rd floor. My only question was were are all the guests?? It seemed high season for a February tourists outside but once inside the hotel really felt empty, especially during bk. For the right price, I would definitely book again this hotel.

    Ivan is hands down the best asset hotel can have. He is so attentive and helpful, it was like having a concierge service. Iwas not feeling well and I van so professional at.getting me a doctor and checking up on me. Give Ivan a raise!!!Ivan es, sin duda, el mejor activo que un hotel puede tener. Es tan atento y servicial que fue como tener un servicio de conserjería. No me sentía bien y fui muy profesional al conseguirme un médico y que me revisara. ¡¡¡Que le suban el sueldo a Ivan!!!

    Hotel Nodo was a busy hub of young business people with a few international tourists in the mix. Place has a great vibe and nice decorations. Was great to see David Truebridge light fittings from our homeland featuring. Location was great, felt safe walking around at night. Our room was right under the terrace bar and we didnt experience much noise. We enjoyed both the terrace bar and n3 cafe. Rooms was great and as we expected. Downsides: corridors run down, ceiling panels all look loose and the worst lift experience ever. Very long waits as lifts jump between L12 and L-6 parking with no logic. Usually full on arrival - just allow some extra time for this. Check in and out was smooth. We are English speakers and had no issue. Free electric bikes and mountain bikes were an added bonus. I would have liked more tourist info openly avail. I eventually asked if reception had a map of santiago and they did have info available. Would stay here again regardless

    A. Very nice concept hotel with all you need to spend the night at an affordable price. A little bit difficult to access during rush hour but its located near the Costanera building and in a safe area in Santiago. There is a rooftop on the 12th floor with a nice view to have some drinks while enjoying the sunsets.

    The amenities were disastrous. Quality Vs money is too poor. Don't recommend it. There are better hotels for the same and slightly different prices in the neighborhood.For example, you have to run the hot water for 5-7 mins full power to get hot water! how could you waste that much water while Chile is experiencing drought!!!
