    My experience at Pullman Hotel El Bosque has been amazing. 10 out of 10 in every aspect. Customer service is the best, staff go out of their way to assist visitors and do an excellent job. To mention a few, Gabriel Henriquez, Jose, Carla, Miguel they are all incredibly kind and attentive.

    I only have amazing things to say about the hotel and the staff. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and friendly. The food was great, the drinks were great, and the service was phenomenal!!! I want specifically mention Diego, Nicolas, and Jose Miguel for taking such good care of me, my sister, and my parents. They were attentive and kind, and it's been such a lovely experience overall. Would absolutely stay again and hope to do so in the future!!!!     Amazing location right opposite MUT and super comfortable

    We loved out stay at Pullman Santiago El Bosque. The location is really good right opposite MUT in the commercial districti, which has super nice shops and great restaurants.We were upgraded upon arrival and had a really nice suite, comfortable beds and nice decor and super clean. Breakfast was good, the staff very friendly and we used the gym (small but practical). Highly recommend staying here when in Santiago.     Awful reception staff.

    I usually love this place as it’s next to MUT and very central. I’ve just asked if I can check in early after spending most of the last 2 days in a plane and in meeting. I’m here for weekend.No rooms, I’m three hours early but the attitude of the check in lady was awful. Not a smile, no empathy, no suggestions about using the pool or checking again in an hour or so. A shrug of the shoulders and come back in 3 hours.I think I might be unduly sensitive because I’m tired but all a chap needed was some understanding.So I’m stuck in the bar on my 3rd orange juice. Not sure I’ll make it back here.
