  Could't be worst.

  Dirty, noisy, weak WiFi when works. Very old building in need of a total rebuilding.Only positive: In the middle of Bella Vista and Center. You can go by feet almost all intersting places.Do you want to lock your door from inside? Forget.Floor of the bedroom, dirty.TV set older than me.

  I booked this place on Expedia thinking the location is great. The place had unfortunately seen better days. The man at the reception could not find my reservation but let me in looking at the info that Expedia sent me.There were 2 dead flies on the bedcover when I checked in. The wifi did not reach the room. I had to sit in the corridor to access wifi.The breakfast consists of a bun and cheese. The coffee is an instant mix that you add to hot water. It cannot be consumed.The surprising thing about this hotel is the number of families with kids that were there. Clearly safe from a family standpoint.Go elsewhere.

  The room was regular, a little bit small, well heated and clean. Restroom is another story, cold, shower with warm water (could be considered cold in other places). Services?... Only WI-Fi is working from time to time, we have to pay for shampoo (first time I did). Breakfast wasn't abundant, but was fine.People were nice and friendly but certainly not professional nonetheless we felt comfortable with them.If you just need a place to sleep, in the center of the city and not investing too much money this is your place.

  Worst experience ever!

  Was there on April, 2012. we arrived late and exhausted at the hotel and there was a problem with our booking and we had to pay for and extra night, otherwise we'd have to sleep on the streets.. We paid. IMPORTANT DETAIL: nobody there (staff) speaks English! How we're Brazilians, we tried to communicate mixing Portuguese and Spanish. Was terrible.Well, our room was and old one and the view from window was the back of buildings, everything was dirty, terrible! The room wasn't well cleaned and dust was everywhere! There was no heater, bathroom window had a broken glass (we took a shower freezing 'cause it was pretty windy) and wallpapers were falling apart. We asked for changing rooms and our answer was: there was no empty room (just asked myself how come.. the hotel is awful). Plus, breakfast impressive simple: coffee, tea, orange juice, butter, jam and break (wasn't fresh bread..) and I couldn't help ourselves: we chose a table and a girl brought us butter, jam and bread. Coffe and hot water were the only things we could helped ourselves..We stayed there for three nights and was the worst hotel experience I had ever had!

  It was late when we arrived in Santiago and the first 5 places were full. We ended up here and paid $70 for 2 people. The beds were good, the room was clean and spacy and the wifi was very good. On the bad side there was no parking for our motorbikes and we had to leave them outside (other hotels will let us pull them into the reception). There was no water in the shower. The TV wasn't working very well. The breakfast was nothing special and the lady there was very upset that we were 5 minutes late. In general the hotel is in need of a refurbishment. We changed to a wonderful hostal the next day and $65.
