    Gloomy, overpriced, unhelpful and unfriendly

    Tired decor, surly and unhelpful staff, a bare minimum of poor quality equipment and toiletries provided in the apartments. Only slight upside is the location. I hadn't made it in through the door before ID and payment was being demanded (no welcome or greeting). I was then given inaccurate information about my reservation. Next day I was told to go away and 'come back in an hour' to be told whether they could do.me the great favour of not making me change rooms (in fact a favour to them, as reduced cleaning and prep time, plus higher charge). They couldn't. Avoid it unless you really have no option

    A very nice hotel, very well located. The staff kind. Near a lot of bar and restaurant. The rooms cozy and very large with kitchen and terraces. We would definitely come back to this hotel.     Location is great, but the rooms are pretty budget. Never could get any hot water in the bathroom, so I didn't use the old shower. Everyone who worked there was very friendly.     Great location, poor rooms

    The location is very good. Yet rooms are very old and ugly. You see that in the furniture, in the kitchen, in the bathroom...in all. Even the elevators did not work properly. Good point is the nice guys at the reception, handy and helpful.
