    An inexpensive hotel in Santiago de Chile. Our room was ok, with kitchen, bathroom, microwave, safe, A/C. The breakfast is "continental", but moderate. For the price we paid (about 55 € per night in a single room including breakfast), it is absolutely appropriate. There are a number of restaurants nearby. If you seek luxury, go to a Hilton, but you will have to pay much more.

    The hotel is well located in Santiago, but I had a very poor experience there. The studio I booked was noisy and smelly, breakfast left much to be desired, and I actually got sick after having dinner in the restaurant annexed to the hotel ('El Lusitano'). When I contacted reception and management they did not offer any solution nor compensation. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.

    Nice room. Excellent location. The room was not well checked, there is no light. I found the fuse box and I turn it on myself. Everything worked well from that moment on.The restaurant has very good food.Later they have some difficulties to do the payment process.

    Everything was good and it was per expectations. Breakfast was included and it was on time. People at counter were awesome. Hygienic stay I experienced there. Locality was also good. Nic place to stay at economic price. I enjoyed my stay and trip was meaningful.

    Extremely dirty and they scam you charging for cleaning the room (wtf???) Never staying there again. Choose any other hotel in town if you want cleanliness, íbis a lot better, even a hostel with shared toilets is better than this one. Weird hotel
