    Great customer service. Variate of delicious food at their restaurant. Nice and cool view at their rooftop. I will return.

    Facilities always clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Many of the staff speak English very well (which is helpful when your Spanish is not so great). Minor issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

    A great hotel. The location is very central with lots of good restaurants and the park in walking distance. It's also a good place to meet people with lots of lobby seating.The room was spacious and comfortable with an iron and coffee machine.The breakfast was the usual breakfast buffet. The gym could have been bigger and better equipped but otherwise a good place to stay on a business trip to Santiago.

    Staff were super helpful especially a desk receptionist called Daritza when we arrived having been scammed by so-called taxi driver. She reassured me, helped me get on line even before checking in so I could notify my bank and gave me quick advice to cancel my debit card even before the bank could answer. A manager named Cristian hovered over us providing quick check-in, fruit juice and emotional support while I filed my claim. Another desk staffer, Florencia, wrote detailed directions so we could take the subway to museums without getting lost. Only take official airport drivers, check with an airport staffer to be sure they are approved. Don't just look at their badges, which could be counterfeit.
