    Thought the check in was a bit rough , after that everything was perfect. The hotel was clean, breakfast was great , staff helpful and it was overall a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay there again.

    Beautiful hotel, stunning views from outdoor terrace and restaurant, great food, very helpful staff, amazing room with views, great night's sleep Had everything I needed for an overnight stay - it was so nice I didn't leave the hotel 😁

    Hyatt Place A Good Place To Stay, Location, Safety, Food and Gym - All Good

    First trip to Santiago. I thought the location was good. The location I felt was very safe and you could get easy access to places via taxi or uber. As far as being in the tourist section we were not, but I don't know how safe the tourist section is. I chose this hotel based on reviews, safety, location, value. I think we did receive all three. There were resturants nearby, but the hotel resturant was excellent for dinner and good for breakfast. The staff was good and we had 4 rooms all on the same floor. There is a small shopping center just behind the hotel and it had options for fast food or good resturants nearby. We liked the hotel and did spend a little bit more time in our rooms here than other places, because the rooms were clean and comfortable.The Gym was good, better than most of the hotels with this type of star ratings. I rated this as a 3.5 - 4 Star. I was very pleased with the equipment in the gym and the cleanliness. This was a good place to stay.
