  An Ibis hotel cleaner stepped on my clothes with their shoes on！ Una empleada de limpieza del hotel Ibis pisó mi ropa con zapato

  I stayed at Hotel Ibis booked through my company for almost a month. My suitcase was open on the floor, and today while housekeeping was cleaning, I accidentally saw the cleaning staff stepping on my clothes and even standing inside my suitcase! I can’t imagine how my belongings have been treated every day when I wasn’t around. If I hadn’t booked this hotel through my company, I would have changed hotels immediately. The front desk staff were fine, but the housekeeping service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced at any hotel near Las Condes. Me alojé en el Hotel Ibis reservado a través de mi empresa durante casi un mes. Tenía la maleta abierta en el suelo y hoy, mientras limpiaban, vi accidentalmente que el personal de limpieza pisaba mi ropa e incluso se metía dentro de mi maleta con los pies. No me puedo imaginar cómo han tratado mis pertenencias todos los días cuando no estaba. Si no hubiera reservado este hotel a través de mi empresa, me habría cambiado de hotel de inmediato.   This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. It is in a good location. The hotel is clean, tidy and the staff are really friendly. The attached restaurant is reasonably priced with really good food. I was here for a multi-night stay and my room was very comfortable, clean bed, clean towels, room serviced every day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.   Grotty room not even a glass to clean your teeth with . Broken tiles in the bathroom and right next to the lift. In top of that the restaurant do not take credit cards!!! ???Not a great experience and to exit the booking is 1 nights stay. Consider the icon hotel opposite.   all most very clean hotel thanks to all workers to serving well for 11 days thanks to all the lady's who clean very good my room and the people who lock after me in the restaurant. very nice . and excellent food .

  Ibis Santiago Manquehue Norte is worth every penny you pay. Building is well maintained, room are what you should expect for the price you pay, staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very well located, just a few steps from Metro Manquehue. In my case, the only thing I wish my room would have had was a desk lamp because the light in the room wasn't very appropriate if you wanted to work in the night. Apart from that, everything is above expectation given the price price you pay (I travel solo). I definitively recommend the hotel. The breakfast is very good as well!
